Embark on a journey to discover the vibrations of sound while enjoying the magnificent panorama of the Moiry dam!

A journey in sound is made with various instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, crystal vessels or bowls, bells, etc.; it will bring you deep relaxation. Some of the frequencies can be heard by the human ear, while others can be fully felt. You'll have the sensation of being enveloped by all these sounds.

I invite you to enjoy this wonderful experience against the backdrop of the mountains and the wonderful colour of Lac de Moiry.

Practical information

  • Take with you if you have a mat and blanket
  • In the event of rain, the trip will be cancelled and may be rescheduled for Thursday or Friday.
  • Age: all ages
  • Minimum 4 participants
  • Activity in French
  • Meet at the end of the lake, near the car park at the start of the Cabane de Moiry
  • Registration until 5pm the day before the trip
  • Cancellations possible up to 5pm the day before
