A major event to open the festival!
Sangoma is an unconditional admirer of Miles Davis. The trumpeter composed the music for the documentary about boxer Jack Johnson. The album released on that occasion represented a milestone in the American drummer's career.
Sangoma naturally set about reinterpreting the music of the great Miles. To do so, he brought together a range of exceptional musicians from diverse backgrounds, all committed to the cause of jazz fusion. The Septet's notes will soar towards the stars in a nod to Miles.
In the event of force majeure, a request for cancellation may be made in writing to the organisers. Only requests with supporting documents will be considered. The event may be cancelled by the organiser for various reasons: lack of registrations, weather conditions or technical problems, for example.
