Mechanical workshop - e-bike

Knowing how to pedal is great, but knowing how to repair your chain along the way is even better ! Learning how to carry out basic repairs to your bike is the aim of this workshop.

During this one-hour course, you will learn how a bike works from a practical point of view. You will also learn how to take care of your equipment and what to do in the event of a breakdown or puncture.

Programme

• Maintaining your bike: how to clean it and lubricate the chain
• Key points about tyres: pressure and wear
• How to check: gears, brakes, suspension and wheels
• How to remove and fit a wheel (front and rear)
• How to repair a puncture (inner tube and tubeless)
• Emergency repairs during an outing and the equipment you need to have with you
• Minimum of 3 people for the workshop to take place
• The duration of the course may vary depending on the number of participants.
