Enjoy a moment of well-being, just for you, at Sorebois, during our healthy days on 19 July, 16 July and 26 August.
On 19 and 26 July and 16 August, the Grimentz-Zinal ski lifts are offering yoga and fitness classes at altitude.
Dates
26.07: yoga with Johanne from 10.30am to 12.00pm
Spend a timeless moment with Johanne (https://yogaenanniviers.wixsite.com/2020), where the watchwords of the class will be kindness, relaxation and positivity. In this class, Johanne will offer you a gentle yoga practice using deep breathing to gently stretch your muscles, promote relaxation and work on your balance in a safe way. This practice helps to restore and regenerate the body.

16.08: Fitness at altitude with Tiffany from 10.30am to 11.30am
Come and get moving at altitude in a muscle-strengthening class led by Tiffany Moor. Based on your body weight, this class will alternate cardio and strengthening of your whole body to finish the morning well. .
The course takes place at 10.30am in Sorebois.
The meeting point is at 10am at the start of the Zinal cable car.
The lessons will be followed by a meal, to be enjoyed on the terrace of the Restaurant de Sorebois, or in the meadow, as you prefer.
Price
CHF 40.00 per person per date
Including: the course, the material and the meal
Valid pedestrian pass required to get to Sorebois
Cancellation conditions
With your reservation, you agree to pay the full cost of the chosen service(s), even in case of cancellation on your part. If you are absent from the event, you will still be obliged to pay the costs incurred and you will be automatically debited or an invoice will be sent to you.
In case of force majeure, a request for cancellation can be made in writing to the organisation. Only requests with supporting documents will be considered.
The event may be cancelled by the organiser for various reasons: lack of registrations, weather conditions or technical problems for example. If possible, you will be informed of the cancellation by email. In the event of cancellation by the organiser, no money will be charged to you.
